To check the status of your order, simply log into your account using the upper right-hand corner of your screen and navigate to the "My Account" page where you can scroll down and click on the specific "Order Number" you wish to view.
If the status shows as "Not Shipped", it means that our team is diligently working to get your order shipped, typically within 2-5 business days.
Once your order is marked as "Shipped", it indicates that it has left our fulfillment center. You can track the progress of your shipment by clicking the "Track my Order" button displayed in your account, which provides you with the most recent location updates. Additionally, an email notification will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.
